
Moudy Mudzielwana
He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences from University of Venda, several communications certificates from Maurice Kerrigan, Institute of Journalism and Strategy design and implementation certificate from GIBS Business School. He is currently enrolled for Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with Regenesys Business School. He completed Business Administration programme with University of Johannesburg and he has been in various incubation programmes by Aurik, Thebe Investments, and Action Coach. He has completed Neuro Linguistic Programme with Lets Live Coaching.
He serves as the chairperson of the Alumni of the School of Environmental Sciences at University of Venda.
He also serves at the appeal board for MEC of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Gauteng.
He has won Entrepreneur of the year at Tshwane Small Business Awards in 2016.

Vincent Tshingwala
At TECC Vincent was employed as a unit manager for Engineering Geology department. At Tshikovha Green and Climate Change Advocates Pty Ltd Vincent was employed as the office Manager. Vincent has an experience in Geotechnical Investigations, Geohydrological Assessment, Water quality Assessment, Environmental Audits, and Soil rehabilitation and remediation Assessment.
He is also a member of an NPC Non- Profit Company Tshikovha Graduates Academy, he worked on a project of drought relief programme he was a project manager for the drilling of 200 boreholes in fives provinces across South Africa. The project was implemented by Tshikovha Graduate Academy.
The projects that he has completed are:
- Sutton Crest Geohydrology Investigations
- Greenside Filling Station Geotechnical Investigation and Geohydrological Assessment
- Corobric Water Quality Assessment and Geohydrological Assessment
- Villiers and Leandra landfill site, site Geotechnical Investigation
- Manngwe Mining Surface and Groundwater quality assessment
- Kingsburg Housing Development Geotechnical Investigation
- Soil Assessment for Tshwane Landfill sites
His skills include good understanding and knowledge of South African National Standards, SANS, 633, 634, 1936 -1, 1936-2, 1936-3, 1936-4, and 10400, SAIEG, SACE, NHBRC GFSH-2, National Water Act No. 36 of 1998, MPRDA, NEMA and other guidelines.
Vincent is a passionate and focused individual who is able to work as a team as well as individual, he has developed his skills through training on:

He is directly involved with project management at Tshikovha Graduate Academy. Engineering is an activity other than purely manual and physical work which brings about the utilization of the materials and laws of nature for good of humanity.

Ndivhuwo Maponya
Maponya Ndivhuwo has been involved in the following community development projects:
- A member of Tsianda community projects assisting primary and high school learners with their
- homework and assignments in 2012
- Waste Campaign in 2013 at the university of Venda
- Organising Tshivenda Music Awards in 2015
- Assisting Moja group fun run for raising funds to support Orlando Children’s home in Soweto 2017

Caiphus Mukwevho
He served the University of Venda as Students Representative Council (SRC) Secretary General and was member of University Council (2014/15), he is the former Vhembe Regional Chairperson of South African Students Congress (SASCO).
He works for Tshikovha Green and Climate Change Advocates (Pty) Ltd (TGCCA) as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner, he joined TGCCA in 2018 February from Makhado Local Municipality where he worked as an intern for 6 Months under Waste Management Section.
Mr Mukwevho is a Patron of Tshiawelo Secondary School in Limpopo Province, he is member of Vleifontein Mavericks an NGO that supports schools and learners with extra school lessons including winter enrichment classes, and he serves as the Secretary of Tshikovha Graduates Academy.

Vhangani Mugeri
Mr. Mugeri Currently is employed at Tshikovha Green and Climate Change Advocates as a Geohydrologist. Mr. Mugeri is responsible for conducting specialized studies of geohydrology, water use licence audits and environmental audits and applying for the water use licences. He works closely with Environmental Assessment Practitioners and environmental officers. Prior to joining Tshikovha Green and Climate Change Advocates, Mr. Mugeri worked for the Department of Environmental Affairs as a senior Meteorological Technician in Gough Island and Marion Island respectively in the South African National Antarctica Programme under the Ocean and Coast Directorate.
Mr. Mugeri when working on the Islands is where he learned to work in a team environment and gained valuable experience in working in isolated places with harsh weather conditions. The stay at the islands held him to pursuit one of his passions – research; he believes that more young people should be involved in scientific researches to better living conditions for all. Mr. Mugeri has gained experience in the mining sector, construction and agriculture, as a technical person and stakeholder engagements.
